1.Be responsible for establishing and improving the company's human resources management system to ensure that human resources work is becoming more scientific and standardized in accordance with the company's development objectives.
2.Be responsible for the establishment,implementation and revision of the company's labor and personnel management system,and formulate the human resources plan according to the company's development strategy and business plan.
3.Review the company's staffing every year according to the company's business objectives and the company's personnel demand plan,and conduct centralized management of the company's increase and decrease of personnel.
4.Regularly collect human resources information inside and outside the company,establish the company's talent pool,and ensure talent reserve.
5.Be responsible for employee recruitment,internal selection,employment and dismissal procedures,and participate in the recruitment of senior talents of the company.
6.Be responsible for the formulation,implementation and revision of employee compensation plan,and monitor the company's compensation situation.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
