  1. Responsible for establishing and improving the company’s human resources management system, ensuring that HR work becomes increasingly scientific and standardized in line with the company’s development goals.

  2. Responsible for establishing, implementing, and revising the company’s labor and personnel management system, and formulating human resources plans based on the company’s development strategy and business plan.

  3. Each year, review the company’s staffing levels based on its business objectives and personnel demand plan, and centrally manage any increases or decreases in staff.

  4. Regularly collect human resources information from both inside and outside the company, build a talent pool for the company, and ensure an adequate talent reserve.

  5. Responsible for employee recruitment, internal selection, hiring, and termination procedures; participate in the recruitment of senior talent for the company.

  6. Responsible for developing, implementing, and revising employee compensation plans, as well as monitoring the company’s overall compensation situation.

  7. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
